Argentine light helicopter maker Cicare, started by self-taught engineer Augusto Cicare in 1958, is finally gearing up for sales in the United States with a new facility in Mesa, Arizona. The company plans to sell a family of helicopters in kit form, but they’re starting with the SVH-4 trainer, which is a unique product in the trainer market.
