New location next to San Diego State University!

San Diego's king of chicken wings, Dirty Birds, has opened its second location. Opened in Pacific Beach in 2008, Dirty Birds has become “the spot” for wings and it's new restaurant should certainly be a hit at 6499 El Cajon Boulevard in the College Area around the San Diego State University Campus. Adding to a lineup of over 30 wing flavors, sandwiches, salad, burgers and sliders, Dirty Birds College Area will also add a menu of pizzas.

From the 33 distinct sauces we offer, starting with traditional Buffalo and circling back to in-house creations such as Bangkawk BBQ, General Bird, Apple Bourbon Chipotle and Honey Hot, each wing creation is lathered with the right amount of heat (or not!) to please every palate. Our sizzling wings aren’t the only thing were known for. We offer a full Appetizer menu featuring our own Mac & Cheese Balls, an array of sandwiches including our best selling Dirty Chicken Sandwich, mouthwatering stuffed burgers including the Ja-Colby Burger, fresh Salads, Sliders, and now offering Plates highlighted by our Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!
