We are a professional firm, not a business. We make the professional decision. For example, we will not sell a service to a client who is not a fit or make a recommendation without full disclosure of a financial interest. Wow - We complete work beyond what's expected We under promise and over deliver. We get work done better than the client expects, do the work faster than promised, follow up more frequently than asked, and do whatever it takes to make our client happy even if it has nothing to do with business. If it makes our client's day and puts a smile on their face, no matter how personal, that's "wow". Honest - We state the uncomfortable with candor We tell our clients what they need to know even if they don't want to hear it. We also do it with care. If their video1 is poor, we tell them how to improve. If something is not right in their business, we tell them. If something is not right - or can be improved - here at Vyral Marketing, we speak up. We understand being honest and speaking up is a risk, and we take that risk without fear of rejection, or even retaliation, if it's in the other's true best interest. Team - We work to make others more productive No one will succeed without the help of their team. We work hard to do the other persons work at a high level to minimize mistakes and make their life easier. Management supports our coaches, coaches support our clients, project managers support our coaches, and everyone else supports the project managers. Our success is determined by how productive we can make our clients the members of our team who serve them. Growing a business is stressful and working virtually can get impersonal - even adversarial at times. We are always friendly and soften our communication as to speak and write with a big, giant smile. We make sure our clients - and our employees - enjoy the journey of building their business and growing their careers without getting fixated only on the result. Autonomy - We take responsibility and own the result Work is something we do, not a place we go. We are free to arrange our schedules as we please without the crutch of direct supervision. But, with this freedom comes great responsibility to achieve the desired result for our client or team member to the best of our ability in the least possible time. We leverage work to others while maintaining accountability to standards. We do not delegate responsibility. Wealth - We earn income by creating more value We talk about money very openly and believe making money is good. We are here build successful careers and earn a great living by being productive, useful, and helpful for our clients. We earn more money by solving new unmet needs better and more efficiently. We earn wealth by creating deep trusting relationships with our clients. When our clients call us first to solve their problems, that's wealth. When we solve them and ask for a part of the value created for money, that's how we earn income. Curiosity - We are relentlessly learning and improving There's always a better way to achieve a result. We read books, attend seminars, take courses, question everything, and improve ourselves. We value personal development. But more importantly, we value the inquisitive mind always looking to know and understand more. We test new ideas, we try new things, and we look to improve - relentlessly. Optimistic - We are positive and happy Bad things will happen. Clients will leave us and we'll learn why to improve. Our economy will go though business cycles and we'll prepare in advance. Our next project or service offering may fail but we do our best and learn from the experience.
